Design
The TravelScoot stores in 2 1/2 cubic feet of space and fits where no mobility scooter has fit before.

Features
The revolutionary and unique hinge system allows for a three- wheeled electric vehicle for the first time to be folded to the size of a two-wheeled scooter.

Light Weight
If you encounter a situation where no wheelchair ramp is present between different levels, the TravelScoot can easily be carried up-or downstairs.
The Deluxe TravelScoot weighs 35 lbs including the
Li-Ion battery.

Batteries
The TravelScoot comes with two options for batteries.
The Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) gel cell battery is the one that comes in our Standard version of both, the Heavy Duty and the Junior TravelScoot.
The Deluxe versions of both sizes are equipped with the high performance and light weight single capacity Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion) battery

Riding
The TravelScoot feels like a feather compared to any other mobility scooter and this makes it easier to ride and manuver than any other mobility scooter.
You can turn "on a dime" and stop fast too. It is so lightweight that there is no need for a reverse gear. Just put your feet down and push backwards to go in reverse. No other mobility scooter is as easy or as simple to operate.

Carry On Stuff
The TravelScoot comes with a fabric caddy that attaches with Velcro between the main frame.
In addition, you can attach an optional foldable shopping basket to the front or to the rear, or even two of them at the same time.
Airline Travel
You won't believe how much you can take with you.
You can slide a small suitcase (of the size permitted by airlines for carry-on luggage) across the trailing arms.
It will fit neatly underneath the seat and your legs.
This allows your hands to be free for steering and control.
You may also tow your check-in Luggage behind you.

Once you have folded and packed your scooter into its carrying bag, you can either store it in the plane's overhead bin or the airline gate check it for you.
